3 Red Velvet (makes ane block):

4. Apple Crumble (makes one cake):

  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 heaped tablespoon chocolate-brown saccharide
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon blistering powder
  • i tablespoon apple sauce
  • ½ tablespoon vegetable oil
  • ½ tablespoon milk
  • ⅛teaspoon vanilla excerpt
  • crumble topping
  • one tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoon flour
  • one tablespoons brown sugar

1. In a small mug, mix together dry ingredients very well.

  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 stick (100g) softened butter (room temperature)
  • 2 eggs lightly browbeaten (room temperature)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • i cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of common salt
  • red, orange, yellow, green and blueish food coloring

1. In a large bowl cream the sugar and butter together until light in colour and fluffy in texture – almost 3 minutes. Apply a manus whisk.

 6. Vegan, Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownie (makes two cakes):

  • ½ cup gluten-gratuitous flour (east.grand. oat flour, nut flour, spelt flour etc.)
  • ½ cup sugar or raw sugar
  • four tablespoons cocoa (natural, unsweetened)
  • ½ cup kokosnoot milk
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil (or whatever flavorless oil, like canola or vegetable)
  • Coconut ice cream to serve

1. In a big mug or split basin, mix your dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, & salt
two. Then add your wet ingredients, coconut milk and oil, to your dry out
three. Separate the batter between 2 microwave safe ceramic mugs.
four. Microwave for one minute until the mixture is cooked through. It should notwithstanding be moist when cooked through, not dry out. Careful not to overcook or cake becomes rubbery
5. Best eaten immediately. Serve with coconut water ice cream.

Cooking time: 1 minute

7. Lemon and Blueberry (makes one cake):

  • three tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon blistering powder
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ii tablespoons vegetable oil (or whatever flavorless oil)
  • 1 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 ½ tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • ¼ cup blueberries

i. In the mug, combine flour,sugar, baking powder and salt. Using a fork, beat out in egg, oil, lemon zest and lemon juice until very well blended.
two. Microwave for 1 to 1-1/two minutes or until risen and center is only set.
3. Best eaten immediately. Serve with blueberry compote

Cooking fourth dimension: ane to 1 ½ minutes

  • 5 ½ tablespoons flour

  • 1 egg

  • 4 ounces (115g) low fat foam cheese (must exist at room temperature)
  • 1 cup (8oz / 225g) sour cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • four tablespoons sugar
